I literally read this book in 10 minutes. Actually, closer to 5. It's really nothing except quotes in a one-per-page format. Nothing else. It's a Pinterest page in book form.

Camus is great but
Camus is great and these quotes are provocative. The content is good, although hardly anything like an adequate substitute for reading Camus' short and accessible works.However...I was disappointed to see there is no author attribution and the quotes are not sourced. Thus, the claims of one reviewer who 2-starred the book, maintaining that some of the quotes are not properly attributed to Camus, cannot readily be checked.Amazon does not even permit an option to find that reviewer's review helpful, as I did (true of all 2 star and less reviews these days?), only allowing a "report abuse" option. Which is ridiculous and actually interferes with efforts to assess the quality of the book because the most liked reviews get the most additional attention. This amazon current practice simply reinforces the "bubble" tendencies limiting exposure to contrary views that we have all hopefully become aware of by now.Of course, this second point, re Amazon's practices here, has nothing to do with the quality of the product. I give it 3 stars factoring in the other concerns I expressed. I suggest reading Camus' works, instead, or as well.
