Q: should the patches be wet with liquid after you take off the back sticker? or just sticky & slightly gel-y? (may have purchased an old set)

they should have a gel feeling but still need to adhere to your skin - the gel is absorbed - should not be dry and should feel cool and tingly. I like to leave on for 45 minutes for the best results.
