After having struggled with intense and debilitating and chronic neck pain for years, and researching surgery I ended up with a different brand of a shredded memory foam but again, limited results and began to notice I would wake up with a stiff neck. I kept my research up and found this adjustable shredded memory foam pillow but was skeptical about this pillow, as all tend to offer amazing results. When I got the pillow I removed about half of the shredded memory foam and taped it up in a box should I need it later. Because it has a zipper I then use a soft pillow protector and put the pillow in it and zip it up followed by the pillow case. For the first time in months I was able to skip my OMT (osteopathic manipulative therapy) appointment last week for therapy on my neck. While my pain continues due to physiological issues, this pillow has made such a huge difference. Be willing to play with the thickness and thinness until you find the right fit, but I cannot recommend this pillow enough. Thank you!

My son begged me for a memory foam pillow after I got one for myself. I bought this one because it had great reviews and a good price. While he likes it much better than his old standard pillow, he is still jealous of the pillow I have and I think I have figured out why. His (this) pillow has smaller pieces of memory foam than mine and it doesn't have an inner liner which smooths the texture of the pillow. He says that he likes the pillow but it can feel a bit lumpy sometimes and by the middle of the night the foam inside has shifted so that there is little cushion between his head and the mattress. The cover is a wonderful soft bamboo, though and it's still a huge improvement over the polyfill pillows!

For those who complain this is lumpy - make sure you read the instructions on the website.Break up the lumps first. This is key.Put in the dryer on medium heat for 30 minutes (I did 40).This pillow came out super full and firm (which i prefer).You can take out foam if it's too full, but I was actually very impressed with this pillow for the price.

This pillow is so comfortable! I am a stomach sleeper and often have a hard time finding pillows that work for me without giving me neck pain. Most pillows are usually too flat or too soft. This one is perfect because it seems to mold perfectly to the shape that I need. I've had it for a few weeks now, and last night I couldn't stop thinking how comfortable my pillow was! It may not be the perfect pillow type for everyone, but it's worth a shot if you are looking for a new comfy pillow!

After searching high and low for years, I have finally found the pillow for me! Supportive enough without being too firm. My sleep has improved, I'm sleeping soundly and I'm not waking with the head and neck aches I get from my old pillow. I have spinal stenosis in my neck and back + fibromyalgia. So finding a comfortable pillow is a big deal! This pillow alleviates the pain so I fall asleep faster and I'm not as painful in the morning.I find it comparable to the "other pillow" advertised on TV, but at a drastically lower price, this pillow is a steal!Take the time to go on line and read the instructions on how to fluff up and adjust your new pillow to get the best results and a great night's sleep. Others who have reviewed this pillow have mentioned an odor, I personally don't smell it and I am sensitive to smells.Now that I've slept on my new pillow and loving it, I will be ordering one for my husband before he steals mine!

i love these pillows. this is the 3rd one ive bought. i bought myself one and my huband claimed it, i bought another one for myself and this last one was for my kid. these are awesome. if it gets wedged between the bed and the wall i just yank it out and flop it down, give it a minute and then i can lay on it. it does take a minute to reshape to how i sleep but its always perfect after adjusting. we did have to put it in the dryer to fluff it upon receiving it. my kid says its squishy and nice and it doesnt get hot. i think we all like that it doesnt get hot.

When got pillow said put in dryer to fluff, got very thick. Was comfortable for about a month then got hard. Unzipped cover thinking pillow contained in another case, not so, out came all these fine foam pieces, looked like what was swept up a foam factory. So pillow case with zipper not removable. Tried putting in dryer (no heat) to make pliable again only got harder, now pillow weighs about 4lbs. Can't sleep on it at all because it's thick hard & not "adjustible" any more. Very strange plus think description a bit deceptive. Thinking of throwing away foam and using pillow cover for something else.

My son has loved this pillow from the start. When it came, it was vaccum sealed so he pulled and fluffed the pillow back to life. I put it in the dryer for 10 minutes on low heat with a dryer sheet to remove the "new" smell. He has slept on it every night since we got this. I will be buying more for me and my daughter.
