Good and pure
These are really very good, they are very obvious that the ingredients are very straightforward, there is not really any madness in these... Dates, Nuts and egg white and they taste very pure

Tasty but soooo chewy
This 55g protein bar comes in a pack of 12. The outer sleeve is minimalist and modern in design. It's quite a refreshing way of explaining what's inside the bar as it's extremely clear although I was quite surprised to see a small expletive on the front! In any case, it is humorous and eye catching. The packaging is recyclable and the bar is small enough to take on the go, in a lunch box, to work/gym etc. The bar contains 5 cashews, 3 dates and 3 egg whites. The natural sweetness comes from the dates and there is also a cocoa dusting on the outside to give it a chocolate flavour. The bar itself has a nice flavour but it is sooo chewy and this for me lets it down. It gets stuck in my teeth and takes me ages to chew and eat which is not what you want from a quick snack. Despite that, you do get a protein boost offering 12g in one bar. Also it has good ethical credentials in that it supports the Red Cross and from a nutritional point of view, it does not contain any preservatives or artificial sweeteners.

Seriously good
The media could not be loaded. 12g of protein never tasted so delicious. As the packaging suggests it contains ‘zero BS’. These gym snacks are the creation of some Danish foodies that love the healthy life and not nasty preservatives. The ingredients are simple - smashed dates, some dried egg white and a hand full of nuts (cashews and a few almonds for tastes and extra crunch). There’s a nip of salt to act as a natural preservative and give you an electrolyte boost during your workout. Not only are they great for the tastebuds but you can also get a warm ethical hug as the consumption of these bars generates a charitable donation. Roughly £2 per bar which is a little cheaper than your run of the mill off the shelf protein bar. Enjoyment of the bar is easy to achieve - rip open, bite down and masticate. Although they’re made of dates they have a firm texture and not overly sticky or sweet. I find the high protein content keeps you feeling fuller longer and aids post workout muscle gain. Ok they’re not keto compatible as the dates will provide natural sugars but this is only around 12g per bar. Great for slipping into the gym bag or back pocket for a mid point up lift. Tasty. Nutritional. Ethical. What’s not to love?

Not happy with this one.
Unlike the hazelnut one, the cashew bar is flavourless. Also mine came covered with white dust and tasted a bit rancid. Please could I be contacted for a refund or replacement with the hazelnut bar? Thanks

Not the best sadly. Some will like, some will not.
We took this to our workplace today and the whole lot was eaten by people in a short time.Out of the 12, about 3 liked it wholeheartedly. About 3 hated them and couldnt eat them to completion. One person actually nipped home for 5 mins to brush his teeth! The other 6 were mixed. They taste very weak and one main thing happens and that is your mouth clags up quickly. They are not very sweet and the nut flavour is hardly noticeable. The box arrived dirty suggesting they had been hanging around for some time and the expiry date was mid 2025.For the money there are way, way better protein bars about.
