No regrets!
We recently stayed at a hotel that had this mattress in our room and my husband loved it so much that when we were in the market for a new mattress, this is what he wanted. This mattress is firm but comfortable and offers good support while still having the soft pillow top. After shopping around a few different places, we found the exact mattress on Amazon. We were able to arrange delivery for a specific date after placing the order and the mattress arrived in a perfect time-frame for us. The price was great and the process was easy. We had never purchased such a big item on Amazon before, and I am so glad that we did!

Sagging backpain monster. Aka my mattress.
Don't buy this! We have had it 3 whole months and both sides are sagging like crazy. Feels like I'm sleeping in a bowl and is doing terrible things to my spine. It's not the box spring. That's been replaced as well. The sag is visible on both sides. I've tried to rotate the mattress to no avail. Just ordered a mattress support to stick under it and am hoping that helps. Even so it shouldn't be necessary with a brand new matress. Our 8 year old mattress (RIP buddy) was more comfortable.Tl;dr. Buy this if you enjoy back pain from saggy mattresses.

Sagging in less than a year of use
Bought this a year ago; about six months after it arrived, it began sagging really badly in the middle. I'm already having to buy another one. Definitely will go with a different brand!

sagging center, bad mattress
This mattress is very soft . I bought this for our guest room 1 1/2 years ago. the mattress is rarely used, but a recent guest complained about it being too soft. When I tried it out, I found that the center was very soft where I felt i was sinking into a hole. I am not a fan of super soft mattress and thought this was not a soft mattress as advertised. As I said, the mattress has only been slept on 30 times in the last 1 1/2 years and yet it is a soft disaster. I wish I had picked up on it sooner. Unless you are into super soft, fall in the center mattresses, DON'T BUY this mattress.

Great mattress, easy delivery.
I love this Mattress! I tested out several beds at a local store to decide which one was going to be best for me. Once I knew what I wanted I came here to find the exact model and ended up saving several hundred dollars. Delivery was simple and it arrived within a week.

Great bargain
This is a great bargain, factory-direct. We received a clean, new (made less than a month ago, date of manufacture on the tag) mattress identical to those in the stores. We saved well over $1,000 buying it on Amazon. It is a firm type, gel top and pocket coils, approx 14" high, made to be used with or without a foundation. It arrived wrapped in plastic, sealed inside a corrogated box. Have someone help you receive it.

Received the wrong mattress.
I ordered a Recgarge, but received a Silver. I spent a couple weeks researching what mattress I wanted and trying them out in stores. Although the Silver looks similar, I didn’t do any research on this model and I’m not sure how it compares. Either way, if I’m going to spend hundreds of dollars on something, I don’t want to receive the wrong product.
