wrong calendar year, closure does not close
doesnt close, papers flimsy and some ripped and cant use had to get hole reinforcement for the holes, wrong calendar year, just useless.

This is a great way to organize all of your medical information! Very practical when dealing with an upcoming major surgery. I just wish it had pockets in the inside to put papers. Everything you want to add requires a 3 hole punch.

Perfect for medical documentation
I had a stroke and have 5 different doctors and this helped me out so much keeping everyone organized I especially loved the business card inserts in the back and extra divider tabs for multiple needs. :)

Not worth the money
Unless you enjoy living in the past, don’t buy! I received a planner dated back to 2021! And it has a bunch of garbage information about COVID. Don’t waste your money!
