Incredibly useful! I seriously underestimated how useful this would be!
I was moving and had 1 thing in mind that could use this item. I used this for MANY items! This was so SO helpful! I was worried I would be wasting my money buying this item, BUT I believe this is very much worth the money. It is amazing and I am still using it.

Buy if you want a anuerism
If you do not have a engineering degree good luck putting this thing together. The instructions are written like a 3 year old did them. It is pictures instead of steps on how to put it together. I feel bad for people who are elderly or don't have tools because the one they give you isnt enough to turn the nuts on the screws. You need to get a better install system and actual tools to put together your product. Wasted a hour trying to put this thing together. How about just ship it already put together and save everyone the headache and problem solved.

Surprisingly sturdy but the handle could be better designed
Sturdy hand cart and very maneuverable. I have about 90lbs of gear I haul around in multiple boxes and this little cart works really well. It stands up straight making loading easy and moves around and up and down closed stairs easier than a regular hand truck. I have not tried it on open stairs and I am not sure it would work well on open steps because it needs the riser for the wheels to rest on. The little angle bar with wheels is useful when going a long distance and takes the weight off of the handles. I have taken the cart over carpet, hardwood, concrete, and decking and it rolls nicely and is stable.I did take a star off because tilting it back can be awkward since there is no place to easily hold the base in place and tilt it backward. I could put my foot on one wheel, but then I had to compensate because the other wheel wanted to move. A center bar like you find on other hand trucks would be helpful.Assembly was easy but you do need your own tools. One note of caution, and I did not take a star off the review and its not a detraction on the product, but the platform is somewhat smaller than I expected. I should have paid more attention to the dimensions, but for my immediate needs, it's a tad small.

Worked, but not flawless
I purchased this cart to help me move a 22000 BTU window AC unit from the first floor to it's winter storage location in the basement. The unit weighed in at just under 100 lbs. The cart was more than sturdy enough to handle the weight, but because our the undersized door to the basement ( I live in a 100+ year old house and the clearence with the basement door open was just a shade over 23". The width of AC unit was almost 25 " with a height of just over 16". This meant that I had to secure the unit to the cart stood on its side. The bottom deck on the cart was an open framework of welded 1x1 square tubing and it was difficult to position the unit squarely on the platform ( I finally cut a piece of plywood to solve the problem, and secured it with a pair of ratchet straps) I also found the back brace with casters was not useful for my purpose and there was no way to secure it in the closed position as I proceeded to descend the staircase. It scratched the stairs in several places where the flopping casters came in contact with the wood. I finally secured it with a zip tie and it solved the problem. A more complete set of instructions outlining the correct way to use the cart would have been helpful.

Great for going up and downstairs and moving heavy boxes
This is great for going up and down stairs curbs and even going over grass. My sister and my niece are also going to buy one since they’ve seen the one I have the other great thing is that is collapsible and lightweight

Not up to the job you buy it for
The back is very short, and the handle does not bend away from the item you wish to move upstairs, so only good for a low items, like a box. The 3-wheel system, though a good design for stairs, are very small weak wheels without air, so can’t support anything heavy. Since it can only handle medium weight low sized items, (the kind you can just carry in your arms) it’s kind of useless. If you need a dolly, best get a big strong one with big air wheels and good handles.

Best investment!
I purchase this item to help me moved from an apartment in the 6th floor and no elevators. I was skeptical of this dolly because it seems weak, but it performed amazingly great. I loaded it several times with containers full of books and furnitures and to my amazement it did well and I still used it when shopping at wholesalers to carry the loads

Very flimsy construction and not worth the money.
This product was used to move a dishwasher down 4 steps. It bent and collapsed on the third step rendering it completely useless. Unfortunately for me the return window was closed. I feel I should get a replacement since the original one was clearly defective. Fast forward to about a month from this review, the company replaced the defective original cart with a new one. It remains to be seen if the product will be operational without collapsing while in use.
