Like many of the other reviews, it arrived shrunk wrapped and flimsy. Huge disappointment. I’ll try some of the wetting and dryer recommendations I’ve read here, then send it back if not acceptable.Not at all like my 5 yr old grey. Nor the blue, which was fine, that I bought last month.UPDATE: I used the wet towel and dampening the pillow for 3 rounds in the dryer, 15 mins each time. Waiting 30 mins between each.Also unzipped it and found it is hallow in the middle, just put a few small soft towels in there to fill it out.It is now absolutely fine and usable. I’m happy with these results. Same shape and firmness as my others.The color is a rich maroon and matches my other decor.SUCCESS! Keeper!4.5 star rating only because I had to spend so much time working out the kinks.

I love these pillow pads. We currently have 3 and am going to get one more. They hold the iPad great and when they get dirty I just throw them in the washer and dryer and they come out like new. My granddaughter watches videos in a restaurant to keep her busy because she doesn’t like the noise. So I keep one in my car and two on the kitchen table. Love them!!

Bought this for ease of using my hands while propping up patterns so I can read them at a comfortable level while knitting (I’m also not some old, whiny senior that is just complaining to complain).What was shown on the description looks NOTHING like what just arrived! The sturdy, thick, three-sided foam base, covered in faux Ultrasuede, was rolled and TIGHTLY COMPRESSED into a 5” diameter tube…stuffed into a tight plastic sleeve, and then wrapped in a second tight plastic piece. We own another of these that was purchased in a triangle shaped box, from a retail store, a few years back.THE ITEM ALSO COMES WITH INSTRUCTIONS ON HOW TO FIX THIS MESS……SOOOOO, they know it’s arriving in horrible condition when they ship them, and are sending them like this anyway! NOTHING suggested has worked, and this thing looks like garbage! The covering will NEVER be wrinkle free! And yes, I stupidly neglected to read the one-star reviews…SAME issue, over and over! To top it all off tonight, in trying to contact LIVE HELP tonight, I rec’d FOUR of the same error messages, that Amazon could not help me! GARBAGE, all the way around!

Works good for smaller items like cell phone or kindle but doesn't hold a larger tablet very well.

Works great and supports my phone when playing Words with Friends. My wrists had begun hurting so my hands now are completely free and no longer have pain.

I bought this tablet holder because my mom was coming to visit and I didn’t want her to have to lug hers to my house. I bought the cheapest one I could find.It arrived in a shrink-wrap package so it took some time to expand but it was ready for her the next day. It still had some wrinkles but nothing that impacted its use. She was able to take it with her back and forth from my house to my daughter’s without it taking up space. It’s super lightweight and the lips were all suficiente size for holding the tablet without it falling off.Mother was very grateful for this product as she’s on her tablet constantly and doesn’t have to hold it while watching tv in bed or playing her games.

I bought one of each of these for my kids, put them in the dryer twice as instructions and other reviewers mentioned. The blue one puffed up after one dryer run, and the foam is denser than the red. The red shape is completely different. It also had a hard plastic (or cardboard) piece sewn into the one part. It never puffed up and the foam was quite soft. So, stick with the blue, it is much sturdier.My mom got something similar on QVC years ago and it held up really well, but the foam was MUCH firmer. The reds foam is still fairly soft and squishy, but it holds it shape nicely and serves it's purpose.

Love that I can adjust the angle fr viewing in different situations Sitting n the couch or lying in bed.It’s very comfortable too.

Llego roto, en una caja muy pequeña. El seguir las instrucciones para que regresará a la forma que debería de tener fue inútil porque el relleno venía roto y parecía incluso demasiado pequeño para la funda. Terminé devolviéndolo y comprando uno en otro lado similar.
