Just what I was looking for. Moved and local market did not carry any oat flour. Had to source online and I'm very picky...Aroma and taste were great right out of the bag. I'm not sure why so many people bake with just the rice flour blends--it gets soggy and thick the longer it sits. I like to make pancakes and waffles on the weekends, and those made with just rice flour blends are soggy on the inside. I like to half-and-half with oat flour. Tastes great, and it works well for me.

the flour is pretty fine ground. there's a bit of texture to the flour, unlike regular all purpose flour but not in the way that almond flour has. and not in a bad way either. when you stir it into a recipe, you won't have any mealiness. it's a great thicker and addition to gluten free flour. as a flour by itself, it's quite dense. overall, a very good product.
