She has even went so far as to try to win a batting contest in a dress to get get the top prize, an autographed baseball bat. Does she even know how to bat, no. While there at the batting cages she meets Zhou Zhen who is the son of a retired mob boss. She convinces him to give the winning the prize to her. They share a cab and he gets dropped off while she was asleep. She wakes up and immediately goes back to pay for her share of the fare. Upon entering the hotel, she sees her boyfriend and another woman go into a room to fool around. She follows him and confronts him when he opens the door to the room. Now craziness follows and now she is rescued by Zhou Zhen. They are both suffering from broken hearts as his girlfriend dumped him because of his fathers background in the mob. They both drink and she does things like paints on his wall with red paint, Zhou Zhen says not to use an artist paintbrush but to use alot of paint of paint and make it difficult to cleanup. She also lets the air out of his tires. These two people become unlikely friends, and their friendship slowly turns into love. But on her radio show she criticizes his father openly, but she is still unaware that he is his father. The former mob boss doesn't take it very well and gets on his bad side. She is frustrated that this former mob boss will rent out huge areas of restaurants for only two people to eat, while there are people who are waiting in line to eat. He does things like this constantly. Can these two get past his family's connections with the underworld as Zhou Zhen is a very upstanding and righteous man? Will her family accept him as a future son in law? Will his father forgive her? Or will he achieve his revenge by making the radio station close down for good? Will Zhou Zhen go to any extent to save her radio station?I loved this drama. There were alot of very funny scenes in this. The two actors had perfect chemistry together. I bought this series before I even finished watching it on Netflix. The subtitles are not perfect but you can definitely understand what is going on. I tend to not notice the mistakes after a while. Happy i got this one..Bii - "come back to me" ..good song in it too. As well as the rest of the soundtrack..Great show. Picture and sound quality are great. Very good english subs..words missing here n there but very understandable. U always feel sad and happy for all the characters at the same time. Always being pulled into a wirlpool of mixed emotions. Cant really go wrong with an Annie Chen movie.

Kind, optimistic, and straight-forward Liang Xiao Shu is a radio DJ and boss at her parent's small radio station. On the day of her boyfriend's birthday, she plans a nice evening with him, only to find out that he is cheating on her. She's devastated. What's even worse, is he straight out tells her that it's her fault. Zhou Zhen, who she met earlier that day, overhears this and comes to her rescue.Zhou Zhen comes from a family who are former gangsters, but have decided to retire from that lifestyle after an incident years ago. Zhen is a protective and thoughtful man who suddenly gets dumped by his girlfriend, because of his family's background.Xiao Shu and Zhen encourage and help each other move on from their breakups. There close friendship soon turns into a romantic relationship. But what happens when Xiao Shu finds out about Zhen and his former gangster family? And what will Xiao Shu and her family do when they find out the identity of her little brother's killer is someone close to Zhen?This is a nice romantic comedy. It has a thoughtful and entertaining story and characters to match. However, I gave it 3 stars, because I was personally expecting a little more out of this drama. But there is good humor, some action, sentimentality, and secrets and surprises in this Taiwanese drama. I recommend giving it a try. (21 episodes)

Love the Asian culture and the way they treat a love story. It's refreshing to see actual courting and friendship develop along with marriage prior to sex. The Asians get it. The acting was great in this drama and I plan to watch all of Annie Chen's work. She is a wonderful actor and so is George Hu. They were particularly wonderful in Love Now. It's great to have an alternative to the trash the US produces.

My favorite Asian drama. Serious, but mostly fun. Leaves you hanging to see what's going to happen next
