If you have been prescribed a low sugar, sodium, and carbohydrate diet this is an excellent supplement choice. I have not been able to find any other protien meal replacement shakes with a lower sodium count. Yes, the shake is a little flat tasting given the limited sugar and salt inside, however here's a couple of solutions that may help add flavor; 1) add Stevia and, 2) use Crystal Light in your shake ( to taste and medical allowances). I generally prefer the French Vanilla flavor, but they are all good. While protein supplements are among many in an unregulated industry my doctor recommends this Protein Supplement, further advising that it has a high level of pure protein.

Doctor recommended that I dink protein shakes daily, so I tried quite a few, Most were tolerable while others just taste bad. I was ready to drop it until I tried these. I've purchased four flavors and am on jar two for three of them. I would recommend Vanilla because one scoop of vanilla and one scoop of another flavor can improve the flavor. Example, vanilla and chocolate make milk chocolate, vanilla and strawberry for strawberry cream etc.

The media could not be loaded. I know this is a good product, lots of protein lots of good nutrients perfect for what I am looking for however I have this giant container but it literally is only 45% full. Why would you give such a big container and not even fill it to the top, feels like you’re getting a bag of chips with only seven ships in it, do better corporate America but I would buy again
