My daughter wanted to bring soup as part of her school lunch so I got this food thermos. I pack her lunch around 7am and she says the food stays hot when she eats it around 11:30 am. She also loves that the spoon is inside the lid. We just wish the size was a tad bigger. I put varieties of food in it such as miso soup, fried rice, mashed potatoes etc. It was a great purchase for us!
