This brain boost supplement definitely provides a noticeable kick! The Tropical Punch flavor is pretty good, not too artificial tasting. I felt more alert and focused within about 30 minutes of taking it, and it helped me power through a long workday. I also appreciate that it's sweetened with Stevia, so I don't have to worry about a sugar crash.However, there are a few downsides. First, the effect doesn't seem to last very long, maybe 2-3 hours tops. Second, it's a bit pricey compared to other nootropic supplements I've tried. I have been taking this supplement for over 3 months and have noticed a complete change in my productivity at work and school. For the longest I have searched for a supplement that could provide more benefits to coffee and this is it. Tastes great but does need to be shaken thoroughly, will have very little powdered not fully dissolved but I don't mind. When compared to other supplements on the market ec sports delivers a product with no unnecessary additives, artificial flavors or dyes. This is a great product for a energy pickup that does not cause restlessness and jitters allowing me to stay fouse throughout the day.

This EC Sports brain booster tropical punch supplement is alright. It has a good tropical flavor and it isn't overly sweetened. The powder is a little hard to get fully dissolved so there's a slight grainy texture. It gives me a nice boost of energy and it has 100mg of natural caffeine from green tea. The powder arrived very fresh with an expiration date out over 2 years from receiving it.

Top ingredients and the taste is way better than I expected.
