Q: My piece, is not making any sounds! Can u help ?

Different sounds can be made by pressing the buttons on the top of the toy. If nothing happens, you could check the batteries. There should be a little compartment that holds the batteries. Some toys have a piece of plastic stuck in a slot between the batteries to prevent expiration when you first get them; however, I don't remember if this item was like that, since it was such a long time ago that I purchased it. Anyway, mine still works fine. Never had to change the battery since I first got it.

Weird ones you have to special order. Even then, the lights & sound did not work.
