My 3 year old daughter loves ambulances. Everyone else got her girly presents for her birthday. After opening this ambulance, she took off and said “I will play with this for hours and hours.”So on to the actual review. The ambulance is large enough to play with all the Hess trucks we have. The sounds works great. Loud enough to be serious but not enough to be annoying. The overall quality is great. The only point of concern is the rear opening doors which are a little tricky for a kid. With a little training, she handles it just fine. I am seriously considering buying another one as a backup in case it has one too many adventures.

Grandson is VERY pleased with his new toy.For the first 3 days this was my grandson's new best toy. He carried it with him everywhere and even had the toy sleep with him. He also would not allow his dad to play with it, lol. They play together with it now and grandson is still happy with his toy.

This toy is a nice size and has cool features for a child: doors open and there's enough room in the vehicle to put a LEGO figure, for example. There are some buttons to make various sounds (e.g., siren sound and reversing vehicle sound). Sound quality is good. However, it does have a flaw that detracts from its enjoyment.The back door of the ambulance does not open and shut easily. There's a little knob at the bottom of the door that the child is supposed to pull to open the door and push to shut the door. It does not work; you have to slightly lift the door to open and shut it. That is difficult for a 2 or 3 year old, and sometimes even I have to fiddle with it to get the door to open or shut.Other than the flaw with the door, it's a nice toy for the price.

Just opened the box. I was skeptical after ordering because it seemed cheap compare to all the ambulance toy cars available. I have to say I am so presently surprised because it is a very nice toy. It makes noises that aren't annoying and it is decent size. It isn't cheaply made. My toddler loves it soo much! Worth the money.

My 2 year old was so excited when he got this today. He loves playing ambulance with his firetruck so I wanted to get him an actual ambulance. The sounds are great, the doors open nicely except for the rear doors. I had trouble getting them to open and close, let alone an uncoordinated 2 year old. The most disappointing part was when I noticed that one of the headlights is missing from the front of the vehicle. Overall, it’s an okay item. Not really worth the money in my opinion.

One of my son's most favorite toys, still raves about it. The only downside is the door can be very easily taken out, otherwise an awesome toy for my 2.5 year old son.

Waited awhile for this item to arrive. Upon opening it and removing strip in battery compartment to allow function of sound. Only to find that the lights go on and don’t shut off and NONE of other buttons work!!! No sound, no horn, no sirens and lights are always on unless you remove battery. I love that the doors open but item should work after buying it. Broken right out of package.

This is now the preferred toy of my 2 1/2 baby boy. Doors open and have a great construction quality. Very good details. Have 4 nice sound options and lights at the top. Recommended.
