GMPc is standard set up by US Government to ensure that products are consistently produced and controlled according to quality standards. All products you mentioned  are reputable.I can speak to the fact that per dose, L-arginine Pro has more l-arginine and  more l-citrulline than either of those. L-ARGININE PRO has L-arginine 5,500mg  / L-citrulline  1,100mg,  L-arginine Plus  has L-arginine 5,100mg  / L-citrulline  1,1010 00mg, and Arginine Infusion has 5,000mg / L-citrulline  1,000mg 5,000 mg. L-ARGININE PRO also has loads of other beneficial vitamins and nutrients that the others just do not include such as Aquimin, an expensive seaweed extract. The quality is the best!  To make things even more "palatable" besides tasting good, L-ARGININE PRO also give you more than either of those products. L-ARGININE PRO containers have 13.97 oz of powder compared to 13.4 oz in L-arginine plus and 11 oz in Arginine infusion.
