Is this a good rice for use in pilau

I have never used it in pilau. All I can say is that, it’s of good quality, fluffy and non-sticky. I find it versatile and can be used for types of dishes. All the best and enjoy

Does it say superior on the package?

Not sure as no longer have bag it was in ! But the rice is amazing very long grains and cooks superbly
