Not sure if I have HID headlights currently. Assuming I don't will this work for my standard 2008 prius?

I have a 2007 Prius. An automobile store that begins with "O" sold me the H4 bulbs. Once I partially removed the fender and other parts, and removed the headlight, I learned that it uses a D4R HID.

what kind of light bulb model do i need for the 2010 Prius? and do I need a ballast for it? and what kind of ballast if i need one. Thanks
