Very disappointing. Extremely hard to put over ear. Not at all comfortable. No volume control. No instructions. Actually cracked when putting on one day. I returned the item.

I love these, I still use our land line and these allow me to totally hands free. The sound and quality is outstanding. I have bought these before. It was long ago, I was afraid they weren't made anymore. I was so happy to see them still available. They are very durable, but I treat them with very gently.Thank you

This headset only lasted about 2 months. Very disappointed.

Had to return because earpiece was broken when received. Replacement was full of static & microphone would not work... total junk as far as I am concerned. Jabra made good quality products years ago, but not now!!!

I use this for my home office cordless phone. It is a little tough to get on the ear at first then, it won't let go. The sound is great and the clarity on the other end, so I am told, is good as well. I ranked it 4 stars and not 5 because of the fit inside the ear, for me that is. I am sure for most other folks it will work just fine.

I received this earpiece yesterday and it is awesome. Clear as a bell. I've asked everyone I have talk to what it sounds like on their end and they all said there is no static and they are getting clear reception. I also get good reception and the earpiece is very comfortable in my ear. I like it so much I ordered another one for my sister.
