Excellent powdered cheese. I bought it for ease of use and the low sodium content. I was disappointed that it didn't come with directions but I found that equal amounts of powdered cheese and milk makes the best mix. The texture and color is equal to melted cheddar cheese.

Try it in eggs, mac and cheese or other dishes. I noticed the mac and cheese we use doesn't have enough powder in it, they have slowly been reducing it! I add some of this and we're right back to 2020 cheesy goodness. Good to have on hand for when you might have a cheese emergency. Love it.

The cheese powder is delicious. I like that there are no artificial dyes in it. All natural. I ordered it to be able to make a lower fat Mac 'n cheese, and it did not disappoint! The only thing I would be mindful of is that it is pretty high in sodium. Didn't realize that until I was looking though my nutrition app. Also, I agree with the packaging, how it is a fine powder so kind of puffs out when you open it.

I tried this cheese powder out of desperation as the original cheese powder I used (Anthony's) for popcorn and sauces was no longer available. Another that I had tried (Hoosier) was gritty and did not have a strong cheese taste. This is the right consistency, works great on popcorn, can stand up to a quick cheese sauce, and has just enough tang to it.

Not bad. I want to give up cheese so this is an alternative
