Good overall but the heavy resistance is NOT heavy enough
I returned the bands since all the bands were much lighter than my expectation. Even the heavy resistance is NOT heavy enough. Buy only if you are a beginner and need light tension bands.

Very low quality product
It has a very low quality elastic. The elastic torned easily after it's been used only for 15 days.I will not suggest the bands for strengthening exercises.
