Great belt! Very comfortable to wear. I had a velcro belt before but it only lasted maybe 15 uses?! before the velcro started to fail and not hold during the movement. After that, I went with a standard leather belt with the buckle and love the peace of mind that it won't pop off mid squat. But, my only complaint with the leather belt is that it's not comfortable to wear during a WOD nor is it quickly adjustable, on and off if needed. Also the leather digs into my ribs and hip bones so not too good for those long WODs. Some folks from the box recommended this one so I pulled the trigger on this one, and have been satisfied so far. I will probably only use this one during WODs because its comfortable and quick adjusting. My leather one will be used for strength training. The lumbar support on this belt is nice too, helps to feel a bit more in touch with the belt and the support given.* I received this product for free or at a discount in exchange for my honest and unbiased review.

S/M 24"-36" Size...Seems well made and I don't see it falling apart anytime soon. The padded length that goes around your waist is 34" long. If you're looking for overlap to the buckle, you have 3" and it will hit the buckle. I used to work out with a cut down leather belt that was a little wider in the back, but this one seems to work fine for back support even though it's narrower. The velcroed belt that locks everything in place is pretty long and would give you another 4" beyond the 34" length and still lock about 2" into velcro loops.

Love the belt! Was looking for one with padding for my lower back and this one is perfect.

I'm a size 30 waist and purchased a size small and its a perfect fit. If you're smaller than a 30 recommend going x-small. Great product, helps support the back during Olympic lifts and is very comfortable to wear. It doesn't dig into your skin like hard/stiffer leather belts and still allows you to do other exercises during your WOD with the belt on. Definitely appreciate the padded area in the back to help support and ensure you maintain proper back posture.

The I've had this belt for about 2 months. My trainer has the same belt. The Velcro on mine does not "stick" and the belt as popped off mid lift on numerous occasions. My trainers identical belt stays on just fine. Not sure if it's the quality of Velcro or not but I will give it 3 stars at this time as I know the product can work and maybe I just have a bad one. Really helps me at the gym. My core is weak and it does give me that extra umph to lift. I am happy with it and had a friend use and she liked it too.

I bought this belt for my teenage daughter who is starting Crossfit. The belt is exactly as advertised and only time will tell how she likes it.

purchased for the wife, btw, I thought I already reviewed this, anyway she loves it. The extra lumbar padding on the inside is why we got this one.
