Really happy with this little A6 workout log. It's great quality and is the perfect size to take to the gym with me. Would definitely recommend!

Bought this as I have had a several year break from the gym. Well laid out with enough space to record your reps legibly even when you can't grip a pen properly after your final set! Will buy again.

Firstly i ordered and paid for an A5 size and received A6 but i was actually happy with the A6 size so given theres only £1 difference i dont really mind. £12 odd for a log book though, undecided wether thats a bit much for what it is…Generally im super impressed with the quality and love the fact its not just black and white, its easy on the eye. Plenty of pages with great entry options. Pages are nice thick quality paper with great print :-)My only negative is there is only one page at the front for your measurements and weight entries which is a shame… so once youve done the 7 week entry that it offers, thats that. This is my only reason for 4 instead of 5 stars.

Great product pocket size perfect for the gym, really good quality thick paper plus a pen holder which is super handy! Great format inside. Plus its made from recycled paper and is a climate neutral family business - go support them!

Brilliant little book - handy size for the gym and perfect for you to track your progress.Lots of pages so you can put different training sets in each section.Ordering another one for my daughter !

Really impressed with this - has an area for weekly measurements as well as the 100 pages for recording weight sessions. Loving the free pen holder- now attached to the front of my log hook.

Thick paper, nice layout and great for logging workouts to see progress easily. Loved the declaration of inspiration too, such a nice bit of motivation that comes with it.

Just recieved my workout log book now after only ordering it this morning and I love it! It's cute, perfect to hold the info I need it to hold and also comes with an awesome declaration of Inspiration I will be reading daily for continued motivation.Thank you, this is perfect and I can't wait to start filling in the pages tomorrow!
