It was a little bit of installing to do , but i installed it with my 3 year old( on the package said 2 person install) so it too a little bit longer than what i expected,but if your helper doesn't play hide and seek with your material you can finish way faster than the time they say on the instruction.my kid loved it from the moment he saw it ,it passed the winter in good condition and i think it can take a few more

We took a chance on this playset because of it's smaller size. There was actually only 1 review and it wasn't all that great. The description on the playset are a bit of an exaggeration. They say the climbing wall is a "massive" climbing wall. It says it will allow for 6 kids to play on. That's an exaggeration also. It would be a bit tight for that many children. However, we didn't want anything huge, and it's only for one little 2 yo grandson. He is happy with it. We will be lucky to get a few years out of it, and then it'll be on to something else. The shipping took about 2 weeks and delivery was tricky. I kept getting calls saying it would be arriving in approx 30 minutes, and it would never arrive. So actual delivery was about 3 hours later than they said. It came in 3 VERY heavy long boxes that even 2 men had trouble with. One of the boxes had been ripped at the top and then taped shut. On the day of assembly it was a little tricky because you had to use an app instead of just a paper manual. There was actually only 1 thing missing, which I need to see about a credit for. The assembly for the steps were completely missing. Now hubs will have to make them instead. Overall it's not a bad little playset. The slide is very fast ! Nothing about the playset is big so keep that in mind. Our little grandson is still very young at 2yo so we didn't want him climbing anything super high. The swings are ok, a bit narrow. If you have children that will be playing on this daily then you may want to look for something bigger if you have the space. Our grandson plays on it a couple times a week.

Their pre drilled hole are not all accurate making some boards crooked. The predrilled hole split the wood on some pieces making you need to move the screw holes. The instructions are not very clear and all over the place instead of doing one section at a time you jump all over. After 3 days we still don’t have it together😪

Did not receive instructions.. called little tykes and they did not email instructions as promised. They have terrible choices for replacing parts that did not fit properly on assembly. Do not recommend this product or company to purchase

This does not come with assembly instructions. The instructions online are clearly meant to be printed. They are out of order, convoluted, and in no way describe the steps. Be prepared to redo each step 3-4 times. The wood also cracks, so drill slowly. Expect assembly to take over 12 hours.

I bought this playset for my 4-year-old daughters and I feel in a few months they will not fit. It is a very poorly designed and unsafe playset from every angle. Regret buying it!

Wood planks are extremely cheap, not all parts came with set. App assembly instructions not really that helpful unless you are a mechanical engineer. Cannot recommend this as a good purchase.

This is A beautiful playground set and my daughter absolutely loves it but for the price tag and all the hassle it’s the worst purchase I’ve ever made. It took well over two days for 4+ people to build this. The instructions are online which is fine in my opinion but they are unclear and the steps seem to be in the wrong order. We had almost 70 steps done when we had to restart from the beginning. Also many pieces were missing. I highly would recommend NOT buying. It’s not worth the effort, time, or stress.
