Healthy alternative to chips!
I'm a snacker trying to stay away from chips and other less healthy options. I love that the whole package is only 89 calories and it fills my craving for a salty snack, but I probably will not buy these often because they are expensive. I don't feel they are OVERpriced because there is a lot of cauliflower that becomes shrunken when it dries, and fresh cauliflower is not inexpensive, but it's more than I want to spend on an everyday snack.

freeze dried is so helpful :)
Freeze dried cauliflower is so very helpful and delicious. Having an entire head of cauliflower is a lot to consume for 1 person. This cauliflower can be eaten just as it is - (which is how I like it) - or warmed or really any way you'd like to use cauliflower. I'm so happy I was able to purchase it - thank you :)

Keep it around, try it in everything.
This product has zero taste of its own, but that's a plus to me. I add some of it to all kinds of stuff-tuna and chicken salad, pimento and cheese, anything bound with mayonnaise. (I also throw in a little dried kale, instead of parsley.) I put it in soups, scrambled eggs, all kinds of things. It fluffs up the volume of the dish, and adds fiber to all these dishes. Just give it a couple of teaspoons of liquid before adding it to eggs, and don't drain water-packed tuna, just let the cauliflower soak it up. Mayonnaise dishes are better after a few minutes, but I eat some of it right away. You can also stir some into sweet things, like yogurt and smoothies. I love this stuff.

Not what I was looking for
While they are exactly as described (dried cauliflower), they were not what I was looking for. They are soft and just about melt in your mouth. I was looking for a seasoned, hard (not soft) dried cauliflower that I could substitute on salads instead of croutons. Nothing wrong with the product, just not what I wanted.

Yummy, healthy snack!
I got this product for my young son (15 months), he loves veggies and freeze dried veggies make great snacks, so I decided to give the cauliflower a go. He LOVES it, as do I. We snack on it all the time, I just wish we had more! :-D We will definitely be purchasing it again! We also got the broccoli which is very good as well.

This product might be great to add to soups/stews to thicken but it definitely does not make a good snack!You might as well put a teaspoon of flour in your mouth and swirl it around.I will NOT be reordering this product...

It's a fine quality product
It's a fine quality product, but lower rating is for the very small volume for the price. I would buy again if the volume/price was much better.
