These earrings feature absolutely gorgeous vintage glass cabochons made in Japan in the 1950's. These glass pieces were molded in jet black glass, then each painted by hand. Because they were all hand painted, there is variation between glass pieces and each piece is truly unique, adding to the vintage appeal. These lovely old glass pieces are set in antiqued brass and finished with a fancy antiqued brass leverback ear wire. From the top of the fancy fleur de lis on the ear wire to the bottom of the dangle measures about 1 1/4 inch. Photographed with a vintage Wedgewood china tea cup and one of my antique textiles.
