We used Blue Lizard SPF 50 Mineral Sunscreen during a full day at a water park, and it absolutely delivered! I applied it to myself, my husband, our 8-year-old, and our 1-year-old—reapplying every 1.5 to 2 hours—and none of us got sunburned. That’s saying a lot after hours in the sun and water.It also did not irritate my or my kids' sensitive skin, which is a huge plus. We’ve had reactions to other sunscreens before, but this one was super gentle. It rubs in fairly easily compared to other mineral sunscreens, which made reapplying much less of a chore—especially with little ones.This is definitely becoming our go-to sunscreen for any outdoor adventure. I liked this a lot. It’s a good brand but the spray nozzle stopped working after a few uses and I still have more than half the bottle left.

Ever since we found out about Blue Lizard, it is literally the only sunscreen we use on our kids (and sometimes ourselves!)Over the last few years of using the spray and lotion, once we apply this sunscreen, the kids have never had a sunburn.. even in 100+ degree heat and spending all day out in the sun. There have been times, when it is extremely hot, we do apply a few times a day.. but it does appear to have a long lifespan during the day and goes on very thick which takes awhile to rub in but it is worth the extra cost and effort!

I have tried multiple sunscreens for my child and this has been the best by far. It doesn’t have a strong scent and goes on like a mist. It’s also very effective.

Good protection on my kids, I tend to spray liberally then rub it in with my hand. Their skin has stayed protected nicely! I gave myself a mist but didn't apply the way I did with my kids and my shoulders got a patchy burn. Glad this product has good ingredients.
