tech support is super effective! noise level can be distracting though but good beginner PC!
the pc itself is good (better than what i expected for the $600 price point i got it as) and the tech support was super understanding and quick with communications when i was missing my wifi adapter! the pc runs well but cant run high spec games with lots of players in the same area like apex well, i experience a lot of crashing when it comes to games like apex or kf2. it can run other games pretty well though and the delay isn’t much otherwise i wouldn’t be able to play my rhythm games! only down side is how loud the pc is, i can hear the fans through my headset whenever i play active games and even when i just watch a movie through my mini tv thats hooked up to it it’s pretty distracting. but otherwise 10/10! i’ve had the pc since august 2021 and as of writing its october 2021. 2 months i’ve been with it only, so once i spend some more time with it i’ll update this review!

Great all around
Unable to review as of right now due to technical issues with current model provided. Will update when new model is received by seller. But for now the cosmetics if the computer is cool. Glass case for easy upgrades and controllable led fan light (if you understand how to install it) making for easy customization on the fly.Edit:This has been the best customer service I have ever received for a product in amazon. The seller was quick on the replies and even made sure to replace my damaged product with swiftness. The new product I have works greats every works as indeed and the speed of gaming is phenomenal. Obviously not the best but for the price you’re paying for it’s above standard. The team deserves all 5 of my stars and I definitely recommend this product.

Runs great, awesome starter gaming pc. **UPDATED**
If you want to get in to gaming, this is a perfect option. First of all, it can run games perfectly, GTA 5 on medium, 100-150 fps. Call of Duty Modern Warfare on high around 80. Call of Duty WW2 around 120 on medium.Fortnite on high around 90. It's perfect for all the games and more coming. Now, you might want to upgrade the ram later on, maybe to 16 gigabytes, but for the first few years, it will work fine.EDIT:Oho, this PC is now complete and utter garbage. Intel core i5 from 2012, no thanks. GTX 1650, no. I ended up selling this PC and built my own for 750 with a Ryzen 3600, RTX 2060, and 16 gb of ram. Runs MUCH BETTER than this, if you can spare the money, build your own.

Terrible Value (even for "budget PC") and Service - Don't waste your money
I purchased this product for my kid to game and use for school (online given Covid). I based my decision on the product description which was technically accurate but misleading. The motherboard this unit ships with is terrible, old and lacks basic functionality that would be included on a $50 motherboard today. Outside of the CPU and GPU, all the rest of the hardware is terrible. Even the case fans are very low quality. All of this is even considering that this is intended to be a "budget" PC.When we received the computer, it was defective. The fan will run full speed for hours even when the computer is idle (i.e. on but no meaningful activity). Plus the computer randomly wakes up after being put into sleep mode (yes, bright RGB lights in my kid's room in the middle of the night).SERVICE IS HORRIFIC. I contacted the seller customer support. They refused to even try to troubleshoot the issues. They simply said send it back for an exchange. This is fine but my kid uses the computer for school. It's the only computer in the house. We aren't rich. Most companies would send a replacement then allow the customer to send back the defective unit. If the customer doesn't send it back, then the customer is charged for the replacement. This company however refused to do that and expects the customer to bare the burden.Even if not for the terrible service, this is not worth the money at all. There are better pre-built computer companies out there (e.g. NZXT).

So far so good
The computer works well so far, no complaints. The computer does not have in built Wi-Fi, so you either have to use a use for WIFI and Bluetooth or install a Wi-Fi expansion card. Thankfully, the company provides a WI-FI/Bluetooth adapter that works pretty well. The computer performance meets my needs and runs smoothly.

Things not listed in this product
I owned this PC for about 2 years and I’m finally upgrading it after having it enough. To starters the PC does work and it does come with Win 10 (Not upgradable to win 11).Now to the specs:The motherboard is a MINI-ATX (not Micro) intel board that god knows how old is it, I haven’t made too much research into it but don’t bother upgrading any parts if that’s what you want to do, the MOBO just simply will cap any advances you make. The processor is an i5 BUT it’s 3rd gen, that thing won’t hold up to needy games if that’s what you want to do. Don’t even bother trying to render things if you’re a 3D user. The fans do work nicely and the RBG is there, the configurations are okay I guess and you do have the option to dim the lights if that helps.8GB is alright—if you want to play web browser games. Don’t bother upgrading to 16GB like I said, the MHZ will be capped to the motherboard’s (which I have no clue how slow it is)The Win boot is actually installed in the SSD—so you might wanna know about that if you want to install your games on SSD for faster reading, the SATA is your secondary disk. The PSU will hold up if you want to keep using this PC but I did notice MINE came with the fan a little “wiggly” so it does some noises while starting up.The GTX barely fits into the PCIe slot because of the PSU and the CPU fan is not even manufactured by Periphio or any well known brands (The CPU FAN is: ASIA VITAL COMPONENTS CO.)All being said, if you’re a very light gamer then go ahead and buy the PC. But if you’re someone who wants a consistent PC who will render things quickly and play games always 60FPS upwards no matter the game, don’t buy this.I upgraded this whole PC now and only kept the case.
