This was an anniversary present for my sister which she really loved. Trouble is the description was for 12 frames and she only received 6 which embarrassing for me and disappointing for my sister. Is it possible to buy additional frames?

Bought these as Xmas gifts recipients seemed to appreciate them

My first frame hanger, the box was damaged and it only contained 6 frames. I returned this for a refund assuming that the other 6 must have fallen out. Ordered another. This time the box was intact but it still only contained 6 frames. It is advertised as having 12 frames. Falsely advertised so beware!

After a mix up with the order customer service was straight on the matter and it was resolved very promptly. Im yet to set the product up as it os a gift but im sure it will be a beautiful treasured item.
