Bottle Adapter pack of 25 (For Oral Syringes Only)

These are great totally worth the money. We have a child that has a chronic illness and he is on many medications taken through a g tube. These adapters work great for the different size bottles they fit the syringes perfect. The only thing I don't like is that the center goes four rings deep so cutting them off so you can get the last part of the med out is not possible if the syringe port was more flush to the rim it would be better. But other than that I love them.

These adapters are perfect for accurately drawing small doses of oral suspensions. I'm a caregiver for a number of people that have G-tubes and this product has made med time so much easier. I actually purchased these because the EZ-Dose cap gets very messy, and these fit much better than the EZ-Dose cap. The material is softer, too, so it seals nicely without being difficult to remove after you empty a bottle. I'm very pleased with my purchase.

How the tip inserts to the bottle the level of medication is dependent on whether the tip will allow for draw. Half way through the month each med bottle has to go back to an origianl bottle adapter as the inside portion of this tip extends too far to allow for the liquid to enter. Such an expensive product that clearly needs revision. Don't waste your money. Also if the medication is a compound, when shaking the bottle the granulations of the compound get stuck in the crease where the bottle meets the "plug" which makes for a change in suspension as you get further into the bottle. THIS IS A MAJOR PROBLEM FOR SEIZURE PATIENTS AND SMALL DOSES. NOT SAFE

We have different meds for the goats and for the dog. These make it so much easier to withdraw the medication. We are unable to put a lid back on our bottles but it does have a stopper for the hole. I do wish they fit a little more snuggly. I didn't need 25 but they are there if I need them.

What does latex, lead and bpa intervention really mean? Does this product actually contain those chemicals or not?

The product description does not say this is Enfit compatible, but a reviewer did. I took a chance - it was not.

Hard to put on bottles and will not last closed for long.

I really thought these we’re going to be great but certainly was disappointed. They worked OK about 80% of the time. The little hole for the tab does not close most of the time. When you cant close the bottle it kind of defeats the whole purpose of having the top to begin with.
