I have found this to be a great treatment of plantar fasciitis for myself and many of my patients. I also use it to stretch the top of the foot and it helped to resolved issues with a hammer toe.

Y'all listen - the product is as described and functions fine. This was not stained whatsoever - in fact, parts have been sanded to smooth out rough spots, bamboo shoots, and to reduce the ridges from growth segments, but it is otherwise untouched. It needs a deep scrub - and preferably to have been stained in the factory, but this is NOT it. I will have to see what I can do with it. It is not a pleasing color whatsoever to the point that it lost a star over the finish (or lack thereof).

It was shipped with mold. as I opened the box, I noticed the back of the bamboo had yucky stuff all over that I had to clean…. Should have taken the pic… other than that the product itself is great!!
