Effective but torn up within one month
As instructed by my physiotherapist I bought this item on 7th July and I am writing this today. This band is quite effective for my backpain but it is very unfortunate that this band is torn up into two pieces. Then I continue my exercise with one half and surprisingly this half is also torn up into two pieces . As my physiotherapist says this was a defective item. Okay as the exercise was helping me to recover I ordered for an another one. I don't know how long it will go.
