Q: What are the dimensions of the inside of the bowl?

The ID is 4-1/4" where the fluid sits to the bottom. The top (to about 1/4" down) is slightly wider which is insignificant since you would not fill it that high.

Q: What is the size/length of the copper tongs and how much Sparex is in the package?

They looked to be about 7"-8". It was a gift so I didn't measure them.

Sorry, I bought this for my daughter for Christmas. She makes jewelry but it look fairly small to me, more like a mini crock pot. I would estimate 4" - 5" across. Good luck!
