Very good product for money I paid, it took time to heat up the soloplate but heat stays long time. During the ironing the cloths if power cuts of happens then we can do ironing the cloths for 20 minutes without power. I know laundry technique so I can do 8 pieces of clothes within half hour with this product. Actually ironing the clothes happens with heavy weight boxes only so this product suited in that category so it can use both ways as commercial or home purpose and it very good at ease of useFinally very good product.

The media could not be loaded. Performance is extremely good on tough fabrics. Base is smooth and non stick.I saw review cautioning about electric current and shock at the bottom of iron , but nothing of that sort.I Followed manufacturer instructions and used iron in socket with functional Earthing.There was no electric current observed at the bottom of the iron.It is safe to use with fantastic results.Please note, The checking was done while the iron was connected to power supply and still heating up. Otherwise, when fully hot, it won't have been possible to touch the base part.

The media could not be loaded. Over heated, clothes stick to the iron, even black stone also heat and took time to cool down. There is no refund policy. Waste of money, I request don't bye.

I've been using this machine from past 5 months and I'm more than happy with the purchase.Coming to the pros1.The design and quality is top notch, it's heavy and press is very good, no doubt in saying it's an industrial iron box.2. Cable quality is good, feels like it will last long.But, this comes with some cons as well.1.The box is on a heavier side so not everyone can handle with ease.2. this takes time to heat up and lot of time to cool down. If you are someone who irons a shirt or two daily for your office, then you should consider something else. This is a pro for a perfon who will do iron for all his clothes on a weekly or monthly basis.3.It's expensive than our typical iron box so we need to be well aware of our needs before making this purchase coz this is not for everyone like I mentioned in before point.Even if I own this, I use my another typical iron box for my daily use, but my father was more than satisfied with its weight and performane, so I don't regret this purchase, This is truly industrial.

I had purchased this item for my boutique when my existing iron box had stopped working . it was a very crucial time and i purchased this as it was the fastest delivery option. I received the product which was packed well but someone has manhandled it so much that the handle had broken. i continued to use the product as it was excellent despite the broken handle. when i raised an issue amazon was ok to return and refund but i did not want to give back this iron box. i I reached out to the seller who was happy to send me a handle and i had it locally replaced . its working superbly. id recommend this product 100/100

Useful product, however it take time to heat, but it does not matter. Since it is heavy, cloth get press well. Only suggestion is the improve the plastic quality.
