Very motivating
I’m a 46 year old mother of four that really wants to build some muscle. I don’t expect or desire a “perfect” body but instead have goals of building muscle and bone density, feeling stronger, and developing strength for the very day life.This book is great! It is challenging enough but not discouraging. I am a list maker and follower and this motivates me to DO THE WORK! I have had to modify some exercises but not many. I’m excited to finish the journal!The section about measurements and tracking progress is completed but not overwhelming. I purchased a small body fat caliper for $15 and hope to see progress.

Great Customer Service + Workouts
EDIT:Seller got in touch and made it right be resending a new book with a better made binding. After having used the book for a few weeks now, it's been great to have a guided workout with clear goals and progress tracking. Some of the workouts are a little unclear, but there are written explanations, and in most cases videos, showing how to do each exercise.Day 1 opened the book and the binding softly tears where the pages meet the cover, it's incredibly cheaply made. The workouts look solid and was really just looking for something to guide me through workouts and log it. I'd recommend something else, if you try and bring this to a gym or anywhere where it might be touched in any way it will break. At least the pages seem to stay together so not a total wash.

Great journal for finding motivation
Great book for setting up and routine and finding motivation. However, like the other reviews stated the binding broke the first time I opened the book. I am no returning as I like the content and I am excited to get a routine started. For the price I had hoped they had fixed the issue with the binding.

A Must Have!!!
This journal is a must when trying to get back into a fitness habit! Very informative and easy to use. I love the layout and the program. Keeps you on track and moving forward. A great way to challenge yourself while teaching you along the way. Thank you Habit Nest!

Planned muscle group exercise.
I love using this journal. I appreciate that the journal helps me to understand the muscle groups worked for each exercise. I know what I am working and it helps me to properly use dumbbells to build strength.

Dumbbell exercise guide
This book is awesome. I like how it works certain muscle groups for each workout. After the leg workouts, my legs were sore for three days so I know it was working. Very easy to follow with great explanations of how to do each exercise in the back of the book and pics to demonstrate.

Just what I needed!
I started strength training and looked up a couple of videos to see what I could do but wasn't satisfied. I NEEDED a routine. I NEEDED to know the exercises that worked a particular muscle. This book gave me that. I don't need to think, I just need to do the exercises provided. Getting my body back into shape I needed help and this book is great. I just finished workout #3 and my legs are a mess.. Thankful I picked this up. For anyone who is a beginner like me, you cannot go wrong. I also intend to by the gym buddy book (unsure of the name) as my niece has asked me to workout with her on weekends so this would help us greatly. Thank you so much!!

Expected more for the price
I love the concept of this workout journal. It gives me a place to start and tells me exactly what to do. However, I think that the quality of the journal itself is lacking. I opted for the spiral bound version, thinking it would be easier to use, it would stay open while I do my workout. However, it is incredibly flimsy. The covers should be more stiff and heavier weight paper than they are. I have glued cardstock over the front and back covers to beef it up but I fear the covers will fall off altogether sooner than later. Disappointing considering the price they charge.

Best personal trainer
Love this book. I'm using this for my home workouts and love that it guides me properly. Takes out all the guess work completely. Very well planned out.

Looks like a good tracker for starting out and if you need a journal to track
Just got it today. Couple of notes - it does take a while to arrive. Mine was definitely over the estimate but it's the times.When I got it the only minus as you see in the pics - the book came right off the backing. It seems like it was missing glue to connect it to the spine so technically cover was held by thin paper.Amazon addressed it and gave credit. I did not want to return as it is still usable. Just a bit of a meh experience in terms of product looks/quality.Lots of info inside, which is cool, looking forward to trying it out.

Good but, but arrived broken
Information in the book is great, however the book arrived with the binding already torn and detached from the book. It is disappointing that a book can arrive in this condition

Good book, Questionable Quality
Book arrived with binding already breaking/ripping. Otherwise the contents are as described. I’m just wondering how long it will actually hold up..
