Q: how many mixed gallons does it make

I believe this product is 300:1, so 5 gallons = 1500 gallons of mixed product.

Q: Do you have to hand scrub?

Yes if you want to get all the dirt off. I use a nice microfiber "mop head" style mitt on a pole and scrub the car after using my foam cannon(found on Amazon). This and the fantastic pink wash and wax concentrate makes my car nice and clean with little effort.

Q: Do you have to delute when using a foam gun?

No, but if you are using a foam cannon you should just pour a couple of ounces in the gun and the water mixes with it. This is a great soap, rinses clean. Excellent product!
