Packaging leaked
Despite the shipper’s attempt to keep the soap from leaking out the spout, soap did accumulate around the top of the bottle and the spout. I don’t think that the spout was in the lockdown position. Giving them credit for trying, and I love the product, bottle and soap, anyway
