Absolutely nothing wrong with Grey Poupon. Love it and always have some on hand, a staple. But when the Dijon mustard is the thing in a dish , predominantly? This one cant be beat. It has a smooth mustard flavor without being mustard bitey. The stone-ground is great, too.
