My weight has been fluctuating over a few years working in the office and not getting as much exercise as I would like. This means some of my trousers, skirts and shorts are too large now I am losing weight again. I am so happy to be able to still wear these clothes with this belt. What a great belt, no more being stabbed in the stomach with a buckle. This now the only belt I use. Simply thead through your belt loops and fasten around the end, then tighten up. It is really stretchy and easily adjusted so will fit anyone.

This is a great product if your waist is a little bit bigger than you would like, with having no buckle it doesn't stick into your stomach it's so good I've just ordered another one.
