Itian 2 Coils Fast Wireless Charger Compatiblbe with iPhone Xs,iPhone X iPhone Xr and Samsung Note9,S9(No Wall Charger)

Very pleased with the product. This product is very well made, feels of quality, & I have had only 1 minor issue with placement of the phone. The instructions say you should remove your case for best charging results. Who in their right mind is going to remove their phone case every night? That being said, you have to make sure the phone begins to charge & you will be golden. I also think the added rubberized back is a nice touch, I just wish there was a feature where you could disable the light at night when your trying to sleep, but the light is not overly intrusive. I have used this product for a Samsung Note 7, & more recently for my Note 7 replacement (Samsung S7 Edge...R.I.P. Note 7, I miss you terribly :(). This charger has kept my phone nice & cool to a slight warmth, but has never made either of my phones as hot or as warm as when plugged in directly. I have done A LOT of research, & have deduced several things for all you out there that are looking for the best wireless phone chargers. FYI the information below is generalized, but in regards to the above product, this information is relevant.1. If you have a Samsung phone like me (or another brand that uses Qualcomm Quick Charge Technology) & want the fastest WIRELESS charge possible, look for a 2 coil wireless charger that is FAST CHARGE capable. ALL of the multicoil chargers that I have found to date are only 5 watt or might claim to be FAST CHARGE, but are not QC 2.0 compliant. I have yet to find ANY wireless chargers that are QC 3.0 capable. Additionally, some 1 coil chargers will work too, but you have to look at whether the phone can charge in both portrait & landscape mode, many chargers like this will ONLY charge in 1 particular mode.2. Make sure that you are using a quality power source. I err on the side of caution & use a QC 3.0 wall charger power source so that I know I have enough power available to the wireless charging stand. If you use an inferior power source or one that is not QC compliant (such as a usb power port 2.1 amp included in some surge protectors) you are not going to get the full benefits of this wireless charger.3. Make sure that your phone is placed in the middle of the charger. I have made the mistake several times now of going to bed & not making sure that my phone is placed directly in the middle of the charging pad. The phone will not charge unless the coils align properly with the phone. I should also noted that I have used Spigen & Otterbox phone protectors & this product will still charge the phone effectively, but the thicker the phone protector case, the more precise the placement of the phone needs to be in order for the charger to recognize your phone & begin the charging process.4. Please understand that direct charging with a QC compliant power source is still the FASTEST method to date. I love the wireless charging option & gladly accept this trade off. Below I have included an approximate charge time for my S7 edge based different configurations that I have tested. Hope this helps. FYI my phone was around 15% battery life remaining when I experimented. Phone gave me an estimate so that I could see best possible configuration.Phone plugged in directly to QC 3.0 charger: 55 minutes to full chargePhone plugged into wireless charger w/ QC 3.0 power source: 1 hour 15 minutes to full chargePhone plugged into wireless charger with usb 2.1 amp power source : 1 hour 41 minutes to full chargePhone plugged directly into usb 2.1 amp power source: 1 hour 31 minutes to full chargePhone plugged directly into generec power source (1.0 amp?): 2 hours 41 minutes to full charge (phone will say it is charging more slowly & to use original charger for a faster charge speed)Phone plugged into wireless charger using a generic power source: 3 hours to full charge (phone will say it is charging more slowly & to use original charger for a faster charge speed)Lastly, I wanted to add that in addition to buying this item, I purchased multiple QC 3.0 power sources & got rid of all my other power sources that were not QC 3.0 compliant. Although my S7 edge only requires QC 2.0 compliance, I wanted to future proof my home & for only $8 more, I didn't want to have any more issues with all of those usb ports that burn out or don't utilize the full benefits of a phone capable of Qualcomm's quick charge technology. Hope this helps everyone who has a Samsung phone or other phone with QC technology.

Awesome. Just awesome. When connected to a Qualcom Quick Charge 3 type charger, it charges very fast. I bought 2, one for my desk, and another for beside my bed. The one beside the bed is at the right height, so that combined with the Samsung always on time display, I no longer need a bedside alarm clock. I just set my wakeup time on the phone, place it on the charger cradle (no longer any need to plug anything into the phone), and turn out the light. In the morning when the alarm goes off, I can just pick up the phone to turn it off, without worry about the cord catching on anything as I reach out for it.Very happy with this purchase.

This works really well...until it doesn't. I've had 2 and both had the same problem...The USB connection at the base breaks, it gets pushed into the body of the charger, making the entire unit non-functional. If you are only going to use the unit at one location, it is fine. But when you pack it and take it anywhere, it doesn't last long. I'm just bucking up and buying the Samsung one next.UPDATE: Based on this review, the company sent me 2 replacements within a couple days of the review. I am very impressed with the customer service. I intend to treat these with more care (meaning, I will not use for travel). Again, the unit works very well until/unless the USB connector in back pushes in. So, I would recommend this considering the quick replacement.

Love it. Works great. I use it on my Galaxy S7 and my girlfriend uses it on her S7 edge. I have always disliked plugging in and unplugging the microusb cable directly to my cell phone. Plugging in wears out the connection on the cell phone as well. This charger is great. I put one next to my computer and one on my night stand. It is so convenient my cell phone is always charged. Because it is now in a stand, my screen is always visible and I can see the calls coming in when I am working and therefore do not miss calls. I can also successfully unlock my phone while it is in the stand with my thumb with the finger print reader. I purchased it with the Itian rapid charger plug. Have not calculated out how much faster. That is my next project.

The charger does not work with my Glasaxy S8 plus, charging keeps pausing every 1-2 seconds. I think is defective as my other Itian charger works perfectly fine with my S8+. I will be returning it and purchasing the cheaper version as it seems to work just fine.*****UPDATE****** Wow this company has great customer service and is apparent that they also come here to read our comments, and take matters very serious. I kept my old charger as it still worked for my kids S6 pones, not too long ago I receive a call from our receptionist at work that I had a package. I was confused as I had not order anything,to my surprise the box said itian on it. It was a new charging station the manufacture had sent, my only guess is they seen my previous comment and decided to make things right. This gesture means a the world to us consumers as now a days companies care less and less about us and more about their profit.therefore i have giving them 5 star this time for the effort to try and make their consumers happy..

Holy smokes. Ive bought countless cheap wireless chargers, and each and every one of thems biggest downfall has always been the brighter than the sun indicator light. Im happy to share that this charger has a very dim and low profile charging light! The rubber feet on the bottom keeps it in one place and this makes a perfect night stand charger. Bonus to this is the fact that it is a fast wireless charger. For the price and quality, it really cant be beat. Ordered two more immediately after trying it out.
