I have been using this product for more than 20 years. I couldn’t find it in grocery stores when I moved back to the rural Midwest and started ordering from Amazon a few years ago. I always have this on hand in my kitchen and use it drizzled over fresh veggies or roasted Brussel sprouts. It makes a killer bruschetta. I have tried many different brands over the years and always come back to this one.

Really liked this glaze. Perfect on Heirloom Tomatoes and asparagus.

The product is thick and flavorful. However, It has a heavy taste, not a richer taste. Suggest a light application to start with so the food item isn’t over powered.

Although it comes in a kind of small bottle, the glaze of balsamic vinegar is delicious.

Can't stand the thin, overly acidic supermarket brands. Had been using more expensive balsamic vinegars including Giusti's "3 gold medal" but find this a perfectly adequate substitute for topping a salad, along with olive oil. Nice thickness and the flavor is at least in the same ballpark.

Balsamic reduction takes forever to make. This is a tasty time-saver.
