HAZE (The Fosters of New York Book 2)

Everything's gone hazey.......
That's what some of the scenes in this book will do to you, send you blind and forget what your own name is, lol. I've been checking nearly every day for this book to land on Amazon and I was so not disappointed when I finally read it, Gabriel is totally angelic until you get him in the bedroom, or car, or office, where his devilish side appears and Isla is a sweetheart but very funny as well, I did feel that the book could have gone a bit further with the Sage character as she was a grade A bitch but other than that I love all Deborahs books and cannot wait for Torn and Heat this year, so if you haven't yet read any of Ms. Bladons books I suggest you curl up on your couch and read every single one of them as they are definitely worth the time and money and if you're reading them while it's cold and wet outside I suggest you turn the heating down because they will definitely keep you warm plus you'll save a fortune in heating bills lol. Excellent!!, Excellent!!, Excellent!!. X

A wonderful book.
This was a very intimate story and it definitely did something to me. It was so sexy I felt it all myself. Isla is a lovely gentle person and very sensual, and Gabriel was a tough CEO with a soft centre and he fell hard for her. I loved every bit of this and it was nice to connect with characters from previous novels by Deborah.

Great book for fans of the series
I am a Deborah Bladon fan. I love the series and how all the characters are intertwined. However, as a standalone, unless you are die hard fan, this may feel a little plotless. My rating is based on me being a fan of all the characters. For all fans of 50 shades/ crossfire etc etc, I recommend Deborah's books. However for newbie readers I would pop on to her website and look at the reader order and fan generated character map. Reading them in order will ensure you maximise the enjoyment of the books.

Brilliant
Wow another brilliant book by Deborah Bladon. I completely fell in love with both characters and was so upset when she poorer her heart out for it to backfire. But they pull through. This is recommended for anyone who loves books by Deborah Vladimir, I love that characters from other books pop up from time to time

Absolutely loved it!
Deborah Bladon is one of my favourite authors, it's as if she knows what I like to read and writes just for me. I loved Gabriel and Isla's story it was so uncomplicated due to communication and trust which was very refreshing. I would highly recommend this book.

but it was just a simple easy read with no dramas
Slightly Mills and Boon and a hint of Fifty Shades...didn't seem to have the usual bite and was left all through waiting for something drastic or interesting to happen....I thought it was a very soft read and didn't grab me at all...I think she's trying to intertwine too many of her past characters all the time when the pages could have been filled with more 'teeth' and story line....but it was just a simple easy read with no dramas...sad waste

A 5+++ sensational storytale you will be captivated. Must read my friends!!!
It was its turn to finally read "Haze"! I was eager about its release but I couldn't make the time to start reading it back then. So, not even two months after its debut, I'm here, writing these lines, still hooked by the versed writing skills of Mrs Blandon, one of my top favorite authors in romance genres. As any other book I read with her name on it, "Haze" is nothing more, nothing less than a sexy, swoony, toes-curling, passionate love story, ready to drink you and get drunk you with its captivating erotism.Isla was captivated by Gabriel, she felt he was the one for her, the one who would fulfil her desires and take her to an upper level of pleasure. Yet, she knew she wasn't the first nor the last of his long list of women. She didn't want to be heartbroken again! Knowing that, she tried not to give much into what they have at the moment. Gabriel, tho, was the right opposite from Isla. He wanted her badly. Yet, their current relationship had to be professional. Who's kiding himself??? Anyway...However, he was so into Isla, understanding her bearings complitely, so he let things to flow smoother, slower in their relationship, knowing that things will take their courses when Isla is ready. I like that to Gabriel! Although he was a decade older from Isla, he had the knowlenge and maturity not many men has in this age. Truly versed at the human's body desires and the ways to please it, he always gave in and fulfil his needs with a different woman each time. But when the right moment came and he couldn't resist Isla's presence any more, that was the end of him. It was endearingly sweet to see him acting like this, so caring and protective and in the end, so vulnerable. Oh! How much I love Deborah's male characters!!!The story is in fast-forward. Too many circumstance followed their first encounter, some where intence and smoky hot, some where more self-connecting and some where only to attenuate the mood of the story, inviting some of the other known, lovable characters, Deborah introduced us before. The connection Isla and Gabriel have, is palpable. Like all the other couples Mrs Bladon created, both Isla and Gabriel tried to find the way to make their relationship real and strong. Each having to deal with their personal problems, both wanted to be as understanding as they can about the other's personal life and live with it. Moreover, that's the backbone Mrs Bladon's stories have. What I always enjoy when I read her books. It's the kind of books that make me relax, dream about and enjoy when I read them. Sure, "Haze" hasn't got the impact, some of you felt when you read Mrs Bladon book-series, but it has a ground, it has a sensational storytale and two main characters who I wish will see them soon enough in the other book stories this amazing author is going to give us."The haze disappeared when you kissed me."Hope you'll enjoy Haze like I did!Until next time...BestsVivi
