Yes it is but it is VERY expensive. I opted when getting more for the 64 oz Swanson Ultra Magnesium Oil for i believe $49. That is definitely Magnesium Chloride and it is pure and 100%. The other stuff seems a rip off comparatively to me for only 8 oz.

How does this compare to Good State brand? Anyone tried that brand?

My body responded more to the Good State brand than to this. I've tried many different brands and keep going back to Good State Ionic Magnesium.
