Mid-40s, flood gates open monthly, everything’s a bit loose down there. IYKYK I used cups for many years, but they no longer stay put correctly. These ultra tampons fit well and stay in place. Very absorbent, last about 3-4 hours on my heaviest days. I do wear a small pad for backup, but so far no issues with leakage.

These are the best tampons. The sport version seems to have an actual seal preventing leakage. As someone now in their late 30’s who often has heavy periods and works outside and sometimes has to wait to find a rest room these are a necessity! These are great if you have a really heavy flow and you need the extra protection...other than that...for women who have normal or light periods, this is an overkill and it's just not practical. It looks small, but of course it expands and gets huge once it's soaked and it kinda hurt. Also, the applicator stick comes off kinda easy.
