I haven’t taken it off since I purchased it. I’m not sure it helps for pain as I have a healed injury (torn calf muscle) but my calf does hurt when I do excess workouts. Since I’ve worn it, I have felt more at ease during my workouts. It’s so pretty and even if it doesn’t work for pain, I’ll still wear it but hopefully it is helping. Good news it hasn’t turn my ankle green! I’d recommend if you’re interested in trying but can’t speak on if it actually helps pain

The first one I bought, I loved. Bought one for my stepmom and she needed extra links. I never received a response after asking, and definitely not the links. She was never able to wear it.

Easy to wear, fits well, looks really good.

Nice enough looking but really didn't work for me.

I was excited when I received this as a gift but unfortunately, the clasp is garbage. It came undone and fell off several times and unfortunately I lost it. I purchased is second to replace it, and the same thing happened. Do not purchase, unless you are willing to lose it

I have weak ankles, having sprained both numerous times as well as severe tendonitis in my left ankle. Any amount of running, dancing or any impact activity and they cease up for a few days. These anklets are great cos they help relieve the pain I get after such activities quite quickly and help the stiffness that I experience in cold weather.The magnets are quite powerful and you can feel them pulsing around the area.Had to resize both anklets by removing a link but it was a fairly quick task.They look great and are stylish jewelry accessories too.
