Got this backpack for our son in August 2021 ahead of him starting kindergarten. So far so good. It's a nice backpack that he likes and it works well.

Great just as expected

This backpack ripped and is not usable after about a month of use. Yes it is for a younger child but it should be made better for the price that was paid. Do not buy this if your child is going to bring it to school it can not hold all the things they need.

Received a completely ripped up and torn bag. How can someone send this to a customer without feeling any modicum of shame?! The fact it's supposed to be for kids is even worse. My child was completely distraught after opening the package after first being excited. Terrible!

My kindergartener hardly had anything in his backpack and the strap broke off after 2 weeks of use.

I'm not a verified purchaser, because my mother ordered this for my son, after I shared it with her. This backpack lasted 10 days. It was a cheaper option, so I guess you get what you pay for. The hook strap and one of the actual backpack straps ripped right out. The top of the backpack seemed to just peel open. I'd send it back, but I didn't purchase and my mother will never get around to it. Just want to help future purchasers out. I'd recommend for use in the younger grades, where they need almost nothing in their backpack. So like 3rd grade and under.
