Estimated I've used and they don't have the plastic inserts that hurt you're feet with the athletic ones. I have at least 5 sets. I don't even bother changing from shoe to shoe.

Q: Do you cut these to the appropriate size for your foot? They do not appear to come in sizes.

I didn’t cut it. I bought the same size shoe to go in.
