Dupli-Color (BCP403-2 PK Silver Brake Caliper Paint Kit - 8 oz. Aerosol, (Case of 2)

This is enough caliper paint to last me a lifetime. Seems to be holding up well.

If you're thinking shiny silver this is not it. Or even silver. The "silver" paint is more a dull light gray. The paint was thick, not thin as described, and after trying the 2 or 3 coats on one caliper I used just one coat on the remaining three. And brushmarks show, most particularily on the caliper with 2 - 3 coats.I attempted to find out how to thin the caliper paint it on Dupli-Color's web site to no avail.I'm quite sure there is a much better solution than this.

If you're calipers are absolutely trashed, it'll be an improvement. But do not get this if you want aesthetics. I read a convincing review that said one thick coat is better than light coats because it self-levels. Nope. It's the consistency of thin peanut butter. The streaks do not level. And if you go back over immediately to smooth out the strokes it makes it worse. My calipers were so bad it's a huge improvement but I'm in no way proud. They look fine behind wheels. Go for spray if you want results. Meh.

just use some and the paint has no gloss and when u put it on the color look like a gray color not silver color

Finish looks like 3 three year old did it,the paint goes on streaky they give you a acid brush to apply it,not even a fighting chance!

Not a good product I will never recommend it
