BBQ like a pro! Create succulent, juicy and finger-licking good barbecue with this 32" long shaped charcoal grill. This grill is specially designed so that shorter yakitori style skewers can sit on both sides of the grill, allowing meat in the middle to be cooked right in the center of the heat. Gone are the days that your skewers are only half cooked when the wooden sticks are starting to burn! Traditional grill's heat is concentrated in the center of the grill. On one hand, placing skewers on the edge of the grill will only cook the top portion as there's where the skewers contact the heat. On the other hand, placing skewers in the center of the grill will risk having the wooden stick burned all together. It is hard to find a perfect balance to cook skewers on a traditional grill. An 11 inches width grill solves the problem. Since this grill is 11 inches wide, skewers can hang on the edge so only a small portion of the wooden skewer is exposed to the heat. Not only it'll cook the meat perfectly in the middle, the skewers are away from the heat and can be turned with ease. If you have longer skewers, simply slide over the top grate and place skewers directly over fire for contact-less grilling. Not having food stuck onto the grate means no teared chicken wings skin, moist and juicy barbecue! With air ventilation design on both ends of the grill, air flow can be easily controlled and heat will be evenly distributed throughout the grill. Furthermore, the grill has a charcoal-holding grid at the bottom so your hot charcoal stays up and is not extinguished by the ashes it generates. Needless to say, this grill can be easily cleaned with a garden hose. Fold-able legs design saves space so that the grill can be conveniently stored in the trunk. Get this grill today and become the grill master of your own backyard, pool side, tailgating party, park picnic, camping, day at the beach and a lot more!

DANGEROUS EDGES An in depth review of this grill. Stand is NOT stainless, grill has many many sharp edges (fixable by user).
The media could not be loaded. 3/2/2017 dangerous cut from grill happened, every edge is razor sharp, serious injury is possible.Upgraded from three to four stars 2/20/17 as grill makes food very well in spite of the rough finish.I'll go into all the details about this grill. These kinds of shish kabob grills are not common on amazon and there are few choices.I bought this one because it is wider than the other one they company offers, so I can make a longer kufta kabob. Not all stainless:Only the top part is stainless, the base and legs are just painted steel. That means you can't just leave it outside, as the base will rust. You will also run into dissimilar metal corrosion. If you want this because it is stainless and won't rust, you've been warned. The stainless grill itself:The grill itself is very thick stainless. It seems very durable. Though it's a bit crude in manufacture it seems like it will last an incredibly long time. I have no doubts about the durability, no doubts at all. This grill will last a lifetime, the stand is another issue however. The platform for the charcoal is made well, and the airflow is ideal. The removable sides are good, the handles are sufficient but could be larger. The base holds the grill by a nice tight fit. The extra width of this model really lets you make proper kabobs; it's worth the extra money. The stand:The stand is a very basic but is a competent design. I have no worries about it not supporting the grill, unlike other similar grills for sale on Amazon. However, it's not stainless and won't last as long as the grill. You can also have dissimilar metal corrosion where the stainless and the stand meets, albeit years down the road. I would have paid $25 more for a stainless stand. Loss of one star for the non-stainless stand. The grills (mesh):Very nice thickness on the meshing (more below). If you are doing shish kabob you won't be using these grills anyway.Fit and finish (where the problems lie):Sharp edges abound. Almost every corner and edge is nigh razor sharp or jagged and will cut you. There's a warning inside the grill on the instructions paper about his, I assume to try and cover themselves legally. You can cut yourself just unpacking it, before you get to the warning. You will cut yourself lifting this grill unless you exclusively use the handles. The metal is not cleanly cut, it has sharp edges from being sheared and it's obvious no one even ran a file across the corners. Just a few minutes in the factory with a grinder or a file would have eliminated the jagged, sharp corners. The grill loses a whole star because of this unprofessional level of fit and finish. How sharp is this? The person helping me unpack the grill cut themselves.Packaging related problems:The grill is packed in a thick cardboard box, with long Styrofoam along the sides of the grill. Puzzlingly, the unit lacks any protection on top of the grill, and this means the two top grills (removable) were pushed in and bowed. Anything pressing on the box crushes the grills. They seem very durable, but were made concave in shipping. I will have to somehow remedy this without breaking them.Overall. it's a nice thick stainless grill. It loses two stars for fit/finish and the non-stainless stand.

Great deal on a skewer grill if you’re handy.
Snoopy (The Good)* sturdy and simple construction* decent price for a 20-gauge grill (quite a few are thinner)* if there is a problem with it I think I can fix it with a quick trip to the hardware store.Poopy* instructions were useless. Faded piece of paper with tiny drawings and Chinese writing. Had to use product photos from this site and my common sense to assemble (30 minutes)* sharp metal edges out of the box; had to hit them with a metal file (+30 minutes)* grill cooking screen (surface) slides on top of the grill. Created two notches on one side of the grill for the screen ‘legs’ to fit into. (+15 minutes)* the airflow 'gates' on either side of the grill were 3-4mm too wide to fit and slide freely so had to trim them with a cutoff wheel on my grinder (+15 minutes).* assembly was not intuitive so had to disassemble and reassemble (+15 minutes) properly* the metal springs that go around the handles as heat-protectors were not in the parts bag; there were extra bolts and nuts in the bag which was odd but the opposite would’ve been worse.UnexpectedThe body of the grill is not connected to the leg assembly. It just sits on top of the legs and seems stable but I’d keep kids away. That being said it makes it easier to place on a table (NOT DIRECTLY) with some heat buffer protection. For $112 I still think I got a deal as I’m now able to cook for my family easily and the grilled food tastes awesome so far.

Goodbye kettle grill.
Like practically every other American I grew up around the backyard fixture of the kettle grill, more commonly referred to as the bar-b-que grill. Even in the city the round and sturdy kettle grill was ubiquitous. As I got older I started using a hibachi grill for small meals and I came to enjoy its wide shallow cook surface. Now I can have the same experience with a full-size charcoal grill that allows a party meal. The Party Griller Yakitori Grill was a snap to assemble and the base is heavy enough to withstand a lot of use. It is advertised as a portable grill but I have left it standing in my outdoor cook station without any noticeable negative effects. I love its narrow surface for burgers and chicken breasts and it is the go-to surface for any type of kebabs. The only thing I miss is the traditional straight line grilling surface. The stainless steel thatch pattern is durable and very serviceable, but I miss those traditional grill marks. I also have a gas grill for fish and vegetables but the charcoal grill gives beef and pork that mouth-watering sear/char that gas simply cannot touch. When I am not using it I cover it with a piece of slate left over from that patio and it makes a great additional work surface (the stone also protects it from the weather).Cleanup is a snap! I just let the coals completely burn out (usually overnight) then grab the handle and carry the grill to the flower bed or tree line and dump the ash. It couldn't be any easier.I wish I had found one of these years ago. I had seen them at ethnic festivals in Baltimore and Washington DC but I had never been able to locate one. Thanks to Christopher Kimball's "Milk Street" magazine and his uber-positive review of Party Griller I now have the final piece of my outdoor food court.Thak You Party Griller!
