I did a lot of online research before selecting the Valencia Piacenza chairs for our home theater. We purchased two rows of three, each row with a loveseat. The chairs arrived ahead of schedule, undamaged, and were super easy to get set up. Each chair was in two pieces, and we simply had to slide the back into the base, plug the chair in, and we were done.The chairs are high quality and very comfortable. We love the lights that you can turn on/off, as they really help in a dark room. I feel very good about the value we received for the money spent.Although I purchased from Amazon, I received a call directly from the company telling me what to expect with delivery. They also communicated via email through Amazon multiple times. Finally, they followed up about a month after our purchase to ensure we were satisfied. You should feel good purchasing from Valencia.

Everyone that visits where I have these Man Cave, loves these and are immediately impressed. Suggestion for future products from mfr if you could create these with riser for second row. Other than that perfect.

These seats are so nice and more pleasing to the eye in person, we love them. The quality of the leather and the appearance are excellent. The storage in the arm area is deep enough to stow a book, remotes or an IPad. I love how far the chairs recline and the accent lighting adds an elegant look. Assembly of the chairs was effortless. Delivery was exceptional and they arrived sooner than expected. Well done Valencia!

This review is for the Valencia Piacenza row of two theater seating. Delivery was prompt and on schedule. Valencia kept me appraised every step of the way and facilitated communication with the shipping company. Seats arrived on time and very well packaged. Dimension data on Amazon was spot on and was very helpful as these are in our RV which has a very narrow door compared to a home. Seats are very comfortable and well made. They are heavy so make sure you have two people for moving. Overall very satisfied with the product so far. Well worth the price.

We love these so far. Super comfortable, and the reclining capability makes it easy to get the perfect viewing angle in our small entertainment room. Also, the leather holds up well to our dog (which as you can see is very important). No issues in setup, quick and easy. We’ve liked them so much we are adding a third seat.

I received a phone call from the company shortly after purchasing. They verified my purchase and gave me information regarding delivery. The delivery was as expected, actually better. I was told that the 3 boxes would be delivered at the start of my driveway which worried me because my driveway is long. I knew I would be home by myself at the time of delivery and was concerned about how I would get them in the house. Luckily, the delivery man delivered them to my garage!This was a gift for my husband’s man cave. Unboxing and set up was a breeze. The bottom of the chairs are heavy but my husband and daughter was able to get them from the garage, through the house and out back to his man cave with no problem.The material exceeded my expectations. They look and feel really good. They are comfortable. All the features work as they should. I didn’t find the light to be annoying or distracting. The recline is amazing! There is an ample amount of space in the storage areas. I added 3 full size wine bottles in them with room to spare all around, just to give an idea.I can’t wait to purchase the accessories when they become available. I highly recommend these seats and this company. They do not disappoint.

This reclining loveseat is just what I was looking for, and more. Pieces fit through the narrow doorway, and it is very comfortable! The recline is smooth, the leather is quality, and customer service has been great.
